Before you apply
No surprises. Here's exactly how it works.
Most roles run through four stages: an application review, a conversation with the hiring manager, a practical exercise or panel depending on the role, and a final conversation. We tell you which stages apply to your role before you start.
Most processes run two to four weeks. You'll hear from us at each stage by email, whatever the outcome.
We hire primarily in Nigeria, and we also have people in the USA, UK, Nigeria, Uganda, Kenya, South Africa, Pakistan, India, Ghana, Canada, and UAE. Every listing states the location and whether candidates elsewhere can apply.
Some roles include a practical exercise or case study. It's scoped to a few hours, directly relevant to the job, and we tell you upfront if your role includes one.
Remote-first with office days in Lagos and Abuja when collaboration benefits from being in one room. There's no expectation of instant or after-hours replies.

Tell us what you'd bring, and we'll reach out when something opens that fits.
